Patients registered at this practice can now access additional routine appointments during evenings and weekends through the new GP+ Nottingham City Service.

Appointments will be available to see GP’s, Practice Nurses, Clinical Pharmacist and Physiotherapists in a fully equipped location on Upper Parliament Street in Nottingham City Centre.

Opening Hours will be Monday to Friday 16.00 to 20.00.Saturday/Sunday 9.00 – 13.00 (including some Face to Face GP appointments here at the surgery on Saturday mornings)

This is not a walk in service. Appointments are required and can be booked through our reception team here at the practice.

As of April 2025, Rivergreen Medical Centre will host GP appointments until 8:00 pm at the surgery Monday to Wednesday evenings and all day on Saturday. We will also continue to host the Early GP and HCA clinic at 7:00 am on a Tuesday.

Out Of Hours
During out of hours your should contact the NHS 111 service by phoning 111 if you urgently need medical help or advice but it it not a life threatening situation.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains / and or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
