In accordance with national guidelines concerning Coronavirus (COVID-19), the surgery has taken proactive measures to move to a ‘triage first model of care’ to protect patients and staff from possible infection.
The surgery has now suspended the SystmOnline Booking function which allows patients to book face to face consultations. This is because all patients must be triaged first, to assess their risk of Coronavirus before coming into the surgery. Please do not come to the surgery to book an appointment, the only way you will be able to request an appointment is by telephone.
For the foreseeable future, we will not be offering pre-bookable GP appointments.
Patients MUST be prepared to provide a reason for any appointment.
Please visit our website for further details we will keep this updated with any changes.
Thank you for understanding, everything we are doing is to try to protect our patients and staff as best we can.
